Just went and saw Jennifer Li who's a practitioner nurse. The receptionist told me that my doctor wasn't available for 1 month and offered her services. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and caring nurse practitioner Li was. She gave me a blood tests prescription, a referral for a specialist and even removed the stitches from a previous surgery that for some reason didn't go away by themselves as they were supposed to. I was impressed at how it could be all done without seeing my doctor. Truly good experience!!
Pretty disappointed in how the clinic has handled Dr. Bernstein's retirement. His patients have essentially been told we're SOL and to rejoin the masses of Quebecers without a family doctor.
