From start to end, an amazing experience. I came from Toronto after doing extensive research for a rhinoplasty surgeon I couldn’t find someone in my city I felt confident in. I had such a great experience that I wanted to leave a review. From the very first call, the level of care and professionalism really stood out. Megan at reception was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help. She made the whole process feel smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. Dr. Guay was excellent. I had such a pleasant experience at the clinic. The staff is extremely professional. Dre Desroches is amazing. She is so caring and takes time to address her patients concerns. She really makes you feel confortable and listened to. I am beyond pleased with my results and highly recommend her. The clinic’s coordinator Nancy is also super responsive, thorough and professional. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire procedure.
No flexibility, no text message with the appointment infos received…, and because there was emergency and wasn’t gonna be able to do the full 30 min consultation as will arrive a bit late. The receptionist said she talked with doctor and said the appointment can’t be done anymore as she can’t do less than 30 minutes which is the consultation time. I really loved the experience! I visited their provisory space and is so beautiful, can’t imagine when they complete the renewal on the official one. Dra. Guay was really kind and she made me feel so secure, it was my first time with fillers and procedures and she did an excellent job! Can’t wait to come back. Now I see why they have so many good reviews
