From start to end, an amazing experience. I came from Toronto after doing extensive research for a rhinoplasty surgeon I couldn’t find someone in my city I felt confident in. I had such a pleasant experience at the clinic. The staff is extremely professional. Dre Desroches is amazing. She is so caring and takes time to address her patients concerns. She really makes you feel confortable and listened to. I am beyond pleased with my results and highly recommend her. The clinic’s coordinator Nancy is also super responsive, thorough and professional. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire procedure.
I started going to Face MD last year, and prior to that I had never had any treatments done. I visited a few other clinics but never felt completely comfortable. No flexibility, no text message with the appointment infos received…, and because there was emergency and wasn’t gonna be able to do the full 30 min consultation as will arrive a bit late. The receptionist said she talked with doctor and said the appointment can’t be done anymore as she can’t do less than 30 minutes which is the consultation time. Maria is the perfect balance of professional yet very personable. She shared her knowledge of the process both before, after, and during the treatment that showcased the depth of her skill and passion for her craft. I’ve had several tattoo laser removal appointments at other offices over the years, and this was the best experience I’ve had by far. Thank you Maria!!
