Patient left waiting 1.5 hours for an appointment with no doctor available and no communication I arrived for an urgent 811-referred appointment at 4:10 PM and was checked in without being told that no doctor was available. Clinique très propre et les médecins sont à temps.
2 h 15 d’attente au téléphone, en ligne, simplement pour demander un retour d’appel pour mon médecin. Je précise la réceptionniste n’a jamais décroché la ligne! Aucun service à la clientèle : personne ne répond, même après plus de deux heures d’attente continue. C’est inacceptable pour une clinique médicale.
Before being professionals, staff should learn how to be human beings first. Human being treatment is non existing. I have only seen one DECENT doctor in the three years I have been going here. “I have spent 24 minutes with you already, you came for this I answered” as if their responsibility goes so far, WHAT OATH ARE THESE DOCTORS TAKING? Première fois que j'allais à cette clinique. La réceptionniste qui m'a répondue me croyant être au bon étage pour rencontrer le spécialiste ne manifestait aucune empathie, aucun désir de clarifier l'ambiguïté de la situation pour pouvoir me rendre au rendez-vous. ( J'ai de moi-même compris que 2 médecins dans l'établissement portait le même nom.). Très désolant d'être vis à vis cette jeune femme aussi froide et pourtant disponible.
