Bonjour. On a eu une belle expérience aujourd hui à la polyclinique médicale Fabreville. Mon conjoint a eu un rendez-vous avec DreTu Anh Nguyen pour un suivi étant donné le congé de maternité de notre médecin de famille. Elle a pris le temps de vérifier son dossier, de prodiguer d excellents conseils et de continuer le suivi nécessaire à sa condition de santé. Elle a été très professionnelle, empathique, à l écoute et généreuse de son temps. On a été très contents à la suite de cette rencontre.
This is officially the worst clinic in the Province of Quebec. It's silly how bad it is. If your family doctor is here, you may actually be better off not having one, because those that work here do not have the time/resources for you. The staff is unhelpful most of the time, and think very highly of themselves. The doctors are always overloaded, and so they take the given hour as a suggestion. The secretary of family medicine is never present even during her specified 8 hours a week. the line is always busy or on a telephone responded. something need to be done to resolve this issue
