Telephone system needs changes. Very frustrating! Can't get through to anyone. Missed a call and tried twice to call back leaving two messages. Had to physically go there to reschedule an apt when I could have had my apt that day but was canceled due to negligence on the telephone system. Not very helpful seeing this is a mental health clinic. Wasted taxi fare.
My son was seen by Dr Isabelle Boivin , he had been raised by a psychopathic mother with violence, my son was traumatized by this violence , he became suicidal , depressed , Disassociated , with anxiety, and other social problems . It took us 2 years to get help , even though the police brought my son to the hospital due to being suicidal on more than one occasion. My son had become violent, and the youth protection got involved , and took away some of the services , that were finally established after two year wait ! Youth ... read more
Great team, highly recommended... very caring and dedicated to assisting those in need.. unfortunately I can't be helped.. but you reading this can.. I'd advise you to speak to someone from this facilitie if you're in need
