Left after 15+ hour's waiting in the emergency to see a doctor last night. Was told by a specialist last week he would be at the emergency if pain got worse. Arrived at 10am. Was told specialist in building, then later told he doesn't start until 4pm. Advised triage 3x but then told around 23:00, that I had to see attending doctor for referal to the specialist but I was next (unless another emergency arrived). They gave me a specialist from here about 6 months ago and i just passed a kidney stone and went to 2 hospitals and a clinic all telling me that they would contact him to get ahold of me because ive been in so much pain. ive also called 4 days in a row at an hour each call. After a half hour they just say they have too much volume and cant respond. Clearly there is a problem with your phone or you didnt hire enough receptionists whichever it is you should get on fixing this since you have reviews here saying same thing over ... read more
