J'essaie généralement de laisser que des commentaires positifs ou constructifs mais la réceptionniste de cette clinique me fait briser ma règle. Je n'ai jamais de ma vie eu a faire avec quelqu'un manquant autant de professionnalisme. Elle passe plus de temps à justifier son incompétence et a mentir que d'essayer de régler les problèmes. Elle ne répond pas au téléphone de la clinique. I was disappointed with the interaction with the person at the reception. While asking a question, I was told, "I don't want to be rude, but..." which immediately set an uncomfortable tone. I was looking for information and felt that my question could have been addressed more professionally and respectfully

Dr. Skara Is amazing, however the secretary who works from Monday - Thursday is very unsympathetic, incredibly rude over the phone, unhelpful, aggressive, has NO patience and is condascending. Its honestly sad to think that a person like this responds to those who are suffering and often older patients. Ive also heard her speaking to clients while waiting in the office and she had the same attitude. Its horrible and she should in my opinion find a job in another field. Dr. Adamo is excellent but his office receptionist or secretary is disaster, she would not listen to you nor she will give you the chance to address your need. It's has always been very difficult to make an appointment with the Doctor. Poor quality of customer service by her.
