I would consider going anywhere else (e.g. private family doctor) if you need a medical certificate for a visa application. This place is a total scam having tried to make me get multiple vaccines through them despite not being mandatory for the specific visa I was applying for. I was scolded when I asked if I could show proof of appointment for Hep A and B shots through the public healthcare system (I did not have another $260 to pay for them).
