I’ve seen Dr Ben Shoshan with both of my kids and I cannot say enough amazing things! He is so knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions - even via email at all hours which is definitely above and beyond. We did OIT with my oldest and it has been beyond life changing. We are so so lucky to have been able to do this with Dr Ben Shoshan, he has helped us feel so confident as we navigate our kids allergies and we are so lucky to have him!
Receptionnist is beyond unprofessional. She came out from behind her desk and became ,loud rude and demanding raising her tone infront of my young child. Dr Ben as witness. I walked walked out opting to bring my daughter to a more suitable dr. The place is dark and filthy. Really isn't professional at all. Stay clear!
Unfortunately I found this doctor to be rather arrogant, dismissive and unwilling to listen. The distinct impression was that if my symptoms didn't fit with his preconceptions, he was simply unable or unwilling to entertain the possibility. He minimized my concerns and it felt like I was being rushed through his conveyor belt clinic machinery. Dr. Ben-Shoshan's allergy treatment has been highly effective and even life-changing for my family - and he has been extremely kind, helpful and responsive at every appointment. We are very fortunate that he is practicing in Ottawa.
Fantastic doctor and staff. They are kind, experts, efficient and working miracles with oral immunotherapy. Sometimes the office can be overwhelming with its busy-ness but we are so grateful that our baby is their patient. The doctor is also very generous with answering email questions at all times.
