I purchased a high quality frame. Within 10 months the arm of the frame broke. I left my frame there, without knowing what was going to happen. After 1 week nobody called me for a follow up to let me know that the glasses would be fix or replaced. So I called to leave a message and someone nicely told me that the frame was in US and they still had not received it.
