Today was my first time getting my teeth deep cleaned at Clinique Dentaire Equinoxe. My teeth are very sensitive, and I was quite nervous. But the entire hour was painless; they were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Great experience! The team was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I’ll be completely honest I received some upsetting news about my teeth today, and I was feeling quite distraught. They were incredibly kind, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done. They made it clear that my teeth are savable, but at no point did I feel judged or made to feel bad. I really appreciated their professionalism and empathy throughout the visit.
Dr. Stephan is very professionnal and nice! I felt in safe hands, and he took the time to answer my questions and show me what my teeth look like on the screen! And very good team and assistants. Thank you so much!
The receptionists are very welcoming and informative and the hygienist Élodie provided me with an excellent service, she was very knowledgable, compassionate and did an amazing cleaning and scaling. The dentists here have a very great team.
Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. My dentist was thorough, sympathetic, no lectures, just did the job extremely well. It was a big job, full dentures top and bottom. My only concern was the length of time they took from the laboratory this clinic uses. Clinic first class, my advice implement arrangements with alternative laboratories.
