Today was my first time getting my teeth deep cleaned at Clinique Dentaire Equinoxe. My teeth are very sensitive, and I was quite nervous. But the entire hour was painless; they were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. One of the best dentists! The staff are extremely friendly and caring. I needed an emergency tooth extraction because my tooth had split in two, and they were incredibly helpful and took care of me right away. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well looked after the entire time. I highly recommend this dental clinic!
I needed a new dentist. Today was my first visit with Dr. Giovanni Stephan. The appointment went smoothly. He was professional and nice and clearly explained my treatment plan. The staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Great experience! The team was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I’ll be completely honest I received some upsetting news about my teeth today, and I was feeling quite distraught. They were incredibly kind, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done. They made it clear that my teeth are savable, but at no point did I feel judged or made to feel bad. I really appreciated their professionalism and empathy throughout the visit.
Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. My dentist was thorough, sympathetic, no lectures, just did the job extremely well. It was a big job, full dentures top and bottom. My only concern was the length of time they took from the laboratory this clinic uses. Clinic first class, my advice implement arrangements with alternative laboratories.
