Professionalisme d excellence
This is an amended review of my initial one 10 months ago. I am extremely disappointed with this dental clinic. Since the last treatment, things went downhill. Two of their tenured hygienists abruptly resigned, my appointments were rescheduled several times for several months since their departures, my scheduled dental plan is still incomplete, their administration procedures are unacceptable, I was told to pay an amount of $220.00 due to delayed payment by the insurance company but my credit card was charged $294.40, very u... read more
