One of the staff member, a new immigrant called Eneyda was extremely rude and impolite and speak spanish constantly. Zero professionalism. She has the look and the attitude of a street vendor in latin America and not a health professional working in Québec. It was way better before when the staff was consisted of local professional francophones 🙏🙏🙏🙏😡😡😡😡😡

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
