Back in August my son received an expander and the recently also received braces. We’ve been happy with the hygienists and Dr. Leduc. However, I’m very disappointed with Dr. Leduc’s secretary, Maria. We initially had issues with payments since she put through a payment that we already paid. Then recently my son had an appointment in June and we never received the follow up text for the next appointment.
