I normally never leave negative reviews, but my experience here was genuinely disappointing. I went in for a filling, and afterward food kept getting trapped deeply into my gum around the tooth. It caused constant irritation and infection. I returned and explained the issue, so they redid the filling — but the exact same problem continued. When I went back again, instead of properly checking the issue, I was told everything was “perfectly normal” and that there was nothing wrong. I have never worked at this clinic, have never visited this clinic, and have never met the patient involved. Furthermore, none of the allegations mentioned are related to me in any way. The dental technician did a wonderful job both service and competence wise, however the dentist is a marketing salesperson essentially. They put addons without telling you. Very frustrating. Just because i have insurance, they think it justifies them being pushy and dishonest. When I asked to do two cavities teeth instead of a 2000$ procedure, she flat out declined.
