Receptionist called to confirm our kids' appointments tomorrow. My wife, who would be taking them, was brought to the hospital this morning due to an injury. The receptionist was flabbergasted that we had to cancel. ("Eh?! You want us to cancel the appointments!? My god!") Did not display any compassion. Did not offer to reschedule.
I went there for a chipped tooth and they did an AMAZING job! Super fast and friendly people!
