Bad communication with her staff and her. I requested a dental plan estimate for a tooth extraction and they sent it for a root extraction which was rejected by the plan. She doesn't do tooth extractions and has another dentist come in to do it. Sounds like she's referring business to struggling dentists. She was condescending towards me when she did the dental exam. Her receptionist is uptight. Not a good dental experience.
