My experience with Dr. Roux and her staff, has been 5 star from day 1. At the clinic, I've had 5 teeth pulled (so far) by a qualified (travelling) surgeon, I've had very deep fillings done and cleanings and even a rush temporary partial denture, all in the last 4 months. By the way, I felt ZERO PAIN during all of those appointments. Bad communication with her staff and her. I requested a dental plan estimate for a tooth extraction and they sent it for a root extraction which was rejected by the plan. She doesn't do tooth extractions and has another dentist come in to do it. Sounds like she's referring business to struggling dentists. She was condescending towards me when she did the dental exam. Her receptionist is uptight. Not a good dental experience.
