I Unfortunally would give 0 stars of I could. Would not recommend coming here as a close family member of mine had a horrible experience a few days ago. She had been diagnosed cancer about 3 years ago and was told it was best not to have dental work done when having chemo treatmens done. She had to call and cancel her appointment at that time. she recently booked an other appointment and had confirmed that she was going,however that day she was feeling weak and was not able to make it. My second appointment was cancelled after being booked a year ahead of time. They didn't have anything available for another year and suggested I go somewhere else, so I did.
DO NOT COME IN HERE! I came in already feeling very vulnerable because of a toothache, expecting care and reassurance. Unfortunately, the dentist who was supposed to answer my questions came in with a very bad attitude and seemed extremely rushed. Her tone was upsetting, especially for someone who was hoping to get help and understand what was going on with their tooth. If i could give less then a 1 star i would! The Dentist has no sympathie or patience with scared kids! I do NOT recommend this place! Too bad cause there are very nice and sweet workers in there! (i dont usually post but today was too much!!!) NO kid "fake cries" when they are scared!
