I had a root canal procedure done last November and it has had complications since that time. It is not Dr. Iwanowski's fault, these things happen as I have discovered. He has been nothing but courteous and helpful for both organizing another time to have the root canal re done, but also phoning to a pharmacy to send me a prescription while I was hours away on vacation when the infection flared back up. DR TOM est très gentil honnête et professionnel, il m’a fourni toutes les explications dont j’avais besoin…
Dr. Iwanowski made my root canal quick, painless, and comfortable. They even switched the radio to English for me which was an excellent distraction. Only thing that could be improved is better client communication when scheduling appointments as well as reminders, and also incorporating direct billing to insurance. Thank you Dr. Iwanowski and team!
