Really unfortunate, I really enjoyed this place all the staff were very knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately, their policies are extremely strict and quite surprising. I totally forgot about my appointment I had scheduled (the reminder was sent 4 days before). I was really shocked to be charged a 55$ fee with absolutely no warning or anything. J’ai eu ma séance aujourd’hui à 13hr avec Karolina. Très bonne expérience! Karolina a été vraiment très douce et à l’écoute. Elle a su identifier immédiatement l’origine de ma douleur et travailler exactement là où j’avais mal. La séance m’a fait énormément de bien et je me suis sentie soulagée dès la fin. Je la recommande fortement 🫶.
