I had blood taken 2 weeks ago. There was only one person working, taking blood, handeling money, paperwork etc. No hand washing and no gloves. Is this legal??? Should they be reported to the Department of Health??? My Dr called me with a scheduled telephone appointment informing me that my bloodwork got mixed up and it was not analyzed, so I have to go again. I better not have to pay another $20!!
I arrived around 0700 for fasting blood draw… large number of us waiting to be registered and waiting room full as well Only one person at desk accepting requisitions and alternatively drawing blood. I waited an hour until second person arrived Unacceptable situation especially for people fasting for blood draws. This is the second time I’ve experienced this since January Trying to raise awareness that this is very unacceptable.
This place is very convenient, but also very unreliable. Their hours are supposed to open at 7. I’ve gone there twice. Once they didn’t open till 7:30 and today I got there and there was a sign on the door saying “back at 9:30”
Walked right in, lovely staff very easy going, it took a total of 10mins to get my bloodwork done, BEST part was that the lady was so gentle that I barely felt it !! So appreciative :) 11/10 service
