Not a great experience. I was told to go to another clinic because I live in Cowansville and not Granby. When expressed that I have been mistreated at the Cowansville clinics many times and that I did not want to do that, they proceeded to confirm that they would not book me an appointment.

Mauvaise expérience avec la secrétaire, agit comme si on est une inconvénience pour la clinique, car nous demandons une rencontre au téléphone avec notre médecin. Un service qui nous a été offert par notre médecin de famille puisqu'elle est partie à 1h de distance et une habitude que j'avais avec elle avant son depart. La secrétaire répète à plusieurs reprises qu'on aurait dû retourner sur la liste d'attente, si on est pas en mesure de se présenter. Taking the CARE out of Health Care. My experience in the past is that the doctors at this clinic, especially Dr Fujioka, have been extremely helpful and follow up. I had also seen Dr. Adrian Macek. They took a personal interest in my issues. Sadly, the government has decided to take another step in taking the CARE out of medical care. Now we must enter a corral like cattle by calling a toll-free number to be sent to whatever doctor pops up on their screen.
