Béatrice, the massage therapist, is the best sports massager. She applies a strong, deep pressure to my muscles, and it feels so good. Joanie, the nutritionist, is simply wonderful. In the last month, I've lost 4 pounds and learned a lot about nutrition, even at 49 years old, lol... Thank you both.
