I have been going to this clinic for 20 years, I have nothing bad to say about it. The receptionists have always been polite. My doctor, Dr Kuaté, has been one of my biggest supporters in my life. She's thorough with testing, she cares, and she doesn't ever brush anything off. I've cried in her office many times because she made it safe to do so. Many of my family members are her patients. She's great.
My family doctor is amazing but this is now my second pregnancy at this clinic and when I tell you I’ve never seen worse nurses and staff it’s crazy! I’ve now missed my important 12 week Scan and they’ve done nothing to help they send all their patients to one hospital and then wonder why it’s over booked they wait until last minute to send over your ultrasound papers and then tell u good luck! I’ve had to call and call and call everywhere and call back the clinic a million time to get them to send the paper to the right pla... read more
