For 14 years (since the eldest was born) our daughters have had a Family Doctor there, and because we didn't need to bring them in for a while, the registration staff took us off that Doctor's list, AND DIDN'T NOTIFY US - they said they don't do that because it's not part of their procedures. They make very hard to stay courteous and not verbally abuse them.
