returned from holidays with a tooth ache. Seen my dentist diagnosed with an infection prescribed antibiotics. Recommended a root canal referred me to Dre Shahidi. called the office talked with Jennifer was given an apointment for 2 weeks after but promised a call for any cancellations and yes 3 days after there was an opening. Exceptional care! Dr Shahidi is very informative, supportive and understanding. The staff made a scary procedure very seamless.
I can respect that the doctor knows what they are doing and they did a very good job! But what I want to say more is how good the doctors assistant was. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and any doctor would be lucky to have them! I hope she receives all the praises she deserves! The receptionist was kind as well. Thank you!
