Je me suis fait enlever mes 4 dents de sagesse. Quelques heures après l'opération, je ressentais juste une petite gène dans ma bouche. je n'ai pas veritablement mal. Je n'ai donc pas vraiment besoin de prendre des anti douleurs. J'imagine que c'est parce que le travail a été excellemment fait, surtout lorsque je parle aux personnes autour de moi qui ont subi la même procédure. Dre Voiselle et son assistante ont été très douces, professionnelles et gentilles. On y est allées pour notre bébé de 7 semaines et elles ont capté notre angoisse, tout s’est très bien passé et elles ont sû nous rassurer et prendre soin de nous en plus de notre bébé. Excellent service

The doctors are great and here is where everything stops. The staff at the reception / back office will make sure you get the worst service possible and they will treat you like this is the only clinic at least on North American continent who does this kind of jobs. We used their services a few times and every time something was wrong. Lately, they owe us 342$ that insurance reimbursed them on December 11th saying that "they will look into this in few weeks maybe" because "they were on vacation". Unclear about pricing. The workers seem nice but it is unacceptable to not warn patients of the cost until after their appointment. I had gone with a referral under the impression that it was very pressing I see a professional. I was not told by the admin staff that it would cost anything when I called to make an appointment nor when I was in the waiting room right before I was seen by the docotor.
