I've been going to Tamara Lafleur for massages for the last couple of months and I am so happy to have found her. She helped me before and after a half marathon, and most recently, the best thing I did was book an hour full body massage with her. There isn't a knot she didn't get out of me. She is so strong and gentle at the same time and she is amazing at what she does.
