I needed to speak with someone at the clinic by phone to discuss the urgent referral they gave me. I called the clinic ten times, but no one answered. I’m deeply disappointed—this is unacceptable!

Depuis le retour de Laura les choses sont milles fois mieux, on a des rdv, nos appels et courriels sont ENFIN répondus, le staff qui était là avant été plus que mediocre!!!! bref cette clinique va redevenir géniale.
My honest opinion: this is an excellent clinic with great location. Very professional, helpful & friendly service by Laura, the secretary. Was lucky to be followed by the great Dr Marc Tannous. He is patient & great listener. Kevork V
