My family used this medical place for so many years. Doc. Ozier brothers are good at saving lives as are Doctor Randall Jones. They have good pediatrics.

The Urgent Care walk-in clinic has always been there to help my family in off hours. They have their own lab, x-ray, MRI and the multi speciality group means we don't have to go from place to place. Our family has had the same primary care physician here for 20 years and she always is quick to respond and seems to care about her patients.

Dr. Jones delivered my youngest son almost 12 years ago..before the delivery I loved him and how personable he was...well when they were doing my epidural the stupid anesthesiologist messed up my back by putting a hole in the protective sack around my spine...he already messed up once and then he wanted me to let him go fix it with a blood patch...being scared to death already I declined...now this is were dr. Since when do doctors' offices stop understanding that they are running a business and, in doing so, they must practice certain standards of etiquette? I called this office to ask if they accept walk-ins. They said that they can refer me to a walk-in clinic but they did not do walk ins. I told them that would be fine and the next thing I know, I am hung up on! This may just be a hunch; but I don't think anyone should call this office initially! I am certainly not going to call back!

Dr. Jones has been my doctor off and on (depending on if my insurance would allow me to see him) for 18 years. He delivered my daughter in 1991. He listens to you, is very informative and compassionate. He is very professional and skilled. He puts you at ease. His nurses are execellent as well. You don't feel "herded" through his office like some doctors! Now my daughter is using him as well.
