I would like to file a complaint regarding the way I was treated by the receptionist ANGELICA MEDINA I asked if the doctor could approve transferring my mother’s evaluation to her primary care physician because he speaks Spanish, which would make communication much easier for my mother. Instead of assisting me professionally, the receptionist had a disrespectful and dismissive attitude. Had an appointment today to see Dr. Rangel for health issues I have been struggling with for three months. From the front desk staff to the medical assistant to the doctor himself everyone was friendly, professional, and respectful. Dr. Rangel was thorough and actually listened! THANK YOU!
I went in for my appt today and this girl at the front desk helped me , not even really she was not at all helpful and she was more rude then anything and I left because I’m not going to be there getting help from a rude person that is not the service I deserve when I wasn’t rude to her at all and she said I make to much annually which is insane because my mom did the math and it was not even close to what she said I make , so she was just bullshitting why I don’t know.
