Incredibly disappointed with a very under-par consultation. My child had received a burn to her cheek and we needed to know if we were treating the wound correctly. Waited over half an hour (not unusual) for Dr O'Sullivan who didn't have any patients before us. When we finally saw him, he hardly listened to how we had been treating the injury and proceeded to use Chat GPT to answer any questions and then read them verbatim from his phone. Don't waste time and money here. They say they open at 8am but nobody there.
Practice manager named Irene could not care less about patients who have been using this practice for 20 years. Despite knowing me, the practice forces you to put your credit card into an online portal, or cancels your appointment. In addition, the portal charges you fees which are not disclosed. Regarding rebates, there is no system to check if they have not hone through, so I was unaware that 2 rebates had not been processed. Cynical way to treat patients of a health practice.
Highly recommend Dr Martin Bird. Very thorough and looks after you professionally.
