Practice manager named Irene could not care less about patients who have been using this practice for 20 years. Despite knowing me, the practice forces you to put your credit card into an online portal, or cancels your appointment. In addition, the portal charges you fees which are not disclosed. Regarding rebates, there is no system to check if they have not hone through, so I was unaware that 2 rebates had not been processed. Cynical way to treat patients of a health practice.
Highly recommend Dr Martin Bird. Very thorough and looks after you professionally.
Went in for a mental health care plan and mentioned I would like an ADHD assessment. The male Caucasian doctor ML rolled his eyes at me. He had no issue in sharing his judgements and disapproval. Mind you it’s my second appointment and we had spent no more than 10 minutes in this appointment with no history or understanding of my lived experience.
