Dr. Stevens is very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff do an excellent job and would highly recommend this office.
I have attempted to contact the office Mgr numerous times in reference to a incident that took place Aug 3, 2023 in the Fort Payne office. We spoke that day but my calls, email since that day are being ignored. I do not understand what is so hard about returning a phone call. Our appt that day was suppose to have been with Dr. Shah.
Do not use this practice unless you are in an emergency situation and have absolutely no other choice!!! When a dr discharges you from SICU with a foley and schedules you for a voiding trial, I assume I am at that point this doctor’s patient. We’ll surprise surprise !! These DR’s and office staff will not help in any way if you have any problems with the foley you were discharged with, or bladder spasms.
