Sydney has helped my children and I in so many ways. She really listens to what your needs are, is very knowledgeable, works to resolve your issues and makes recommendations on how you can help yourself.

Sydney Kranz is the best massage therapist I have known. She's extremely knowledgeable and her technique is outstanding. My neck, shoulders, and back (where I tend to "carry" my stress) have never felt better. She listens carefully to my needs and responds with great expertise. She's also a very bright, pleasant, and interesting person. I highly recommend her.

The body whisperer! Sydney listens and is very attentive to my needs and issues. Sydney understands the body better then any therapist I have been to. Better then some doctors. She digs and gets to the root cause of issues. She makes recommendations for self care as well.
