Tried to walk in multiple times to sign forms for my father and we’re always closed. I came at 12,1,2,3,4 pm at multiple days and were always closed

Heather has been simply outstanding in providing me service for a new facial mask and heated hose recently during challenging times in my life. She even offered to check and clean my cpap machine and components for free. She offered honest and valuable insight on cpap products. She has a very pleasant communication style and goes out of her way to ensure satisfaction.

I was referred to this clinic back in 2017 and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was really nervous to find out what my sleeping issues were and the lady who assisted me, Heather, put me at ease right away. She explained everything thoroughly, from various sleeping issues to treatments and made me feel like a valued customer. When I met her the second time the service was just as good, if not better. The team at Clinical Sleep Solutions, led by Cox, are a cut above the norm. My journey with them and other related and required specialists in understanding my needs has taken considerable time, maybe beyond the usual. The thoroughness of the screening and testing to insure my unique situation was met with the proper device was incredible. At no time was there pressure to simply buy a unit.
