I had a similar experience as another person here in the reviews.. I also was transfered to amother sleep apnea clinic, but after two interactions, I transferred my file back to Chilliwack sleep solutions. Now that Yin has left... I'm unsure about where to take my file... as it had become unreliable and promises to " keep me posted or let me know what's going on " have gone unmet. Been 2 years since I put in for the recall of the Phillios cpap machine. . A year ago, I was told a couple of weeks.... still nothing. My supplies... read more
Horrible communication with whoever works there. Never a response to inquiries. I wouldn't recommend.

We were up at Vedder River over Easter from the US and my husband forgot a small piece for his CPAP machine. After borrowing a friends truck, 2 stops at different places and 4 phone calls to others and watching the clock, we located Clinical Sleep. We explained the issue, they had the part, we offered to buy the full headpiece but when we arrived they just gave it to us. They saved us 4 nights of no sleep. Highly recommend these guys.
