Thoughtful, communicative and experienced. It was a pleasure to have Dr. Morris and her skin care team handle a serious dermatology problem that I had waited many years to address. I'm very grateful for excellent care. Professional and clean environment in a nice setting. Recommended
Terrible communication. If you enjoy leaving messages and no response this is the staff for you. Now I have no prescription and will have to start all over. Overall office staff has not been helpful the numerous times I needed refills or information in regards insurance. What a headache this office has been to deal with.
The medical staff are professional and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk has been the opposite. Their interactions have often felt condescending and short. I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year and have never felt welcomed or respected by the front desk staff.
Sophie and Dr. Stashower are a dream team. I go regularly for acne scar treatments and it has significantly improved the tone and texture of my skin. Sophie always makes me feel at ease and is so thoughtful in taking care of you!
I am writing about my conversation I had with the Front Office staff and the Office Manager of Clinical Skin Center, located at 3700 Joseph Siewick Drive in Fairfax, VA.
