Unprofessional front desk. Had me wait for close to 45 minutes to be seen! All while allowing other patients who came after to walk right in. Receptionist woman had an attitude problem.
I have a lot of keratoses and precancer growths. Dr Scott is a great surgeon and Dr Morris a great dermatologist.
First of all, I am truly grateful for their kindness and empathy. Assistant Sophie has been the kindest assistant I have ever met. Her warm words and genuine empathy made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Chloe Yun was extremely professional, and I was deeply impressed by how genuinely involved she was in understanding and addressing my concerns. I highly recommend all of them!
Excellent treatment. I very much appreciate the great service from Emily Thai and Sophie. Strongly recommend the clinic.
