I had a 7:30 pm in house appointment and the lady arrived at 8:30 pm. No apologies only saying the company doesn’t do travel reimbursement. She left at 9:43 pm. It was unprofessional and before insurance companies partner with CRL they should look for a more reliable competitor.

Horrendous! experience I cancelled the day before but they showed up anyway. I still have a bruised arm where the lady came in at too steep of an angle after a week! Logged on but they don't give you any info on the results...they say to get back with your insurance company!? I plan to report this useles entity to the BBB!
My biggest issue with this company is it's complete lack of customer service and transparency. It is nearly impossible to get a copy of lab results from their access website, there isn't even a number on the site to call if their system doesn't work. After googling CRL and getting a phone number to call, the person on the other end doesn't even announce the company or themselves. Just an underwhelming experience overall.
As an agent you want a normal time of response from the lab to the insurance company so your prospect can have the life insurance protection they're looking for. Well, my recent experience with this lab was a disaster resulting in more than 3 weeks of delay (still pending ti this day) for one piece of information that should've been provided with the blood results, despite the attempts that the insurance company made on asking for that.
