I have been calling since last week. No one will answer or return my call. I need my films from last mammo in order for my Dr. to compare! I bet if the shoe were on the other foot you would want your films!! Horrible customer care in my opinion! You'll never get anyone to answer!!
It's Vera, bad experience back on 08/10/15. Because this was my worst mammogram ever, I just now decided to get a Mammogram elsewhere. I would have gotten it done once a year, but dreaded due to pain and tenderness weeks after mammogram, so I stretched it out to 1- 1/2 yrs and decided to go to CMH. Now Citrus Memorial had to request not just the report, but requested the actual film twice and was told it could get bent and did not offer CD, says they don't do that way. Been there twice. Find the staff to be very kind informative & professional. Clinical PET of Ocala provided records to Dr L. McChesney, MD - rightoway. Referred my mother and she was pleased with their service as well. I personally will return again.
Dirty , unsanitized business. Tech pushed me through XRays as if there was a fire. The equipment used looked dusty and was located in what looked like a storage room, filled with boxes. May 2017
