Great staff for covid testing
I'm having surgery again on my hip. 3rd time for covet 19 TEST. All went well and took me early ,I was out before my schedule time Staff worked together and all are friendly.
We have dealt with this lab for over 20 years with no problems until this year. The technicians are excellent. Dealing with the billing department is a nightmare. I have been trying to get a refund from a bill I paid --- and--- they were paid again by the insurence company----well after the bill had been paid. The normal thing to do would be to refund what I paid. The bill was paid in April and here it is end of August, I have been calling since June and keep being put off. I am owed and I expect a refund . Margaret Carter
