We had such a wonderful experience with Lisa. Having blood drawn can be intimidating for anyone, especially a 6-year-old, but Lisa was absolutely incredible. She was kind, patient, reassuring, and so professional from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything to my son in a way he could understand, offered helpful suggestions to help him feel more comfortable, and encouraged him every step of the way. Lisa is the best! She is always kind, very helpful, and does a fabulous job communicating for the wait as she is the only employee there.
Zamora did an amazing job. I’m usually a hard stick, but she was able to find my vein quickly and without difficulty. She also gave me helpful tips I can use in the future to make it easier for phlebotomists to locate my veins. She was efficient, kind, and very professional. I would definitely come back again if needed!
