I usually get in & out quickly which is why its 2 instead of 1 star. 3 times now I have gone after 4 and they tried to send me away because its "too late" one time she said I needed to be fasting and hadn't asked if I was or looked at Dr order to see what test was getting done. The last two times they said the courier had already picked up samples for the day. I have always received excellent service from kind and knowledgeable clinicians.
Please read this review before You consider going to Clinical Pathology Laboratories in Richardson. Besides being a dirty filthy office, there is an African American woman that works there (sorry, I don't have her name). She has been the rudest person to deal with for several years. She shows up typically 15-30 minutes late when they open at 8am. You will almost always have to stand outside while you wait for her to show up.
