I have always received excellent service from kind and knowledgeable clinicians.
Please read this review before You consider going to Clinical Pathology Laboratories in Richardson. Besides being a dirty filthy office, there is an African American woman that works there (sorry, I don't have her name). She has been the rudest person to deal with for several years. She shows up typically 15-30 minutes late when they open at 8am. You will almost always have to stand outside while you wait for her to show up. This place is so gross. My doctor referred me here for bloodwork and I didn’t think to check reviews. I tried to go at 8am but the office was still dark at 8:10 and had a sign on the door that said “WiFi out, sorry for inconvenience”. Came back on another day, in the middle of the day. The only good things I’ll say are that I was seen quickly and the staff were both nice. The front desk lady was friendly and the phlebotomist was as well.
