This place is so gross. My doctor referred me here for bloodwork and I didn’t think to check reviews. I tried to go at 8am but the office was still dark at 8:10 and had a sign on the door that said “WiFi out, sorry for inconvenience”. Came back on another day, in the middle of the day. The only good things I’ll say are that I was seen quickly and the staff were both nice. The front desk lady was friendly and the phlebotomist was as well. Very rundown and looks dirty. He barely swabbed my arm and was offended when I asked him to swab again and for longer. I’ve asked my doctor to never refer me there again.
I had a blood draw appointment first thing on a Monday morning at 8:15AM. I was done and in my car by my appointment time. I only saw one employee doing everything, greeting patients, checking us in, sorting our paperwork. He also did my blood draw painlessly and quickly. I’m got rolling veins and usually it takes several pokes, but not today. He did a great job, and I appreciate the professionalism. I wish I would’ve got his name but it was early and I really needed coffee.
