Was satisfied with my service. Treated well.
Apparently the online site lets you book an appointment past their normal lab hours however the front desk lady was very nice and let me do my orders that luckily weren’t anything crazy. She was incredibly sweet the entire time which is a great experience considering she didn’t have to help me! Wish I had grabbed her name while I was there, can’t thank them enough!!!
I usually get in & out quickly which is why its 2 instead of 1 star. 3 times now I have gone after 4 and they tried to send me away because its "too late" one time she said I needed to be fasting and hadn't asked if I was or looked at Dr order to see what test was getting done. The last two times they said the courier had already picked up samples for the day. This time I didn't accept that answer and she took the blood which literally took all of 5 mins including entering stuff on computer. They/she (same woman every time) ... read more
