Naively decided to give this location another chance only to be met with the same disappointment. Arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment per their instructions then waited another 30 AFTER they were supposed to be open before leaving (I was one of three people being held up by this point). Save your time and spare the frustration by just booking with Quest- they might be two weeks out for scheduling, but at least you can guarantee someone will be there.
Made an appt for one pm online after trying to call the office. The email requested patients to arrive 15 min early. Office closed due to lunch. I waited outside the office til 1:15 pm. They were still closed. Find a different location. But do not go here.
Jeff took great care of me! I’m a hard stick (small, difficult veins) and he was a pro! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Seems like the patients are never ending, but Jeff was calm, pleasant and I will be returning.
Easy to get an appointment online. The process once you get there is a well oiled machine. It’s a one woman show. Miss Phlebotomist was kind and thorough. She made me comfortable and I had no pain. Heads up: Lunchtime is up to exactly 1:00!
Fast, efficient, and with care my phlebotomist treated me with dignity.
