Nasty behavior- The indian Lady turned off the light on me because they were closing while I was still in the waiting area and is not frail with information . Unprofessional.
I have come here for 10+ years to get my monthly blood draws. If you show up before noon, there will be a wait because of the sheer number of people who come early in the day. The staff is diligent and surprisingly efficient, especially considering the insanely high number of patients they get in the mornings. You need to sign in at the kiosk, that's how you get in the queue. I have never had a single complaint about the staff in over a decade of coming here. Everyone at this place moved with a purpose and professionalism. My wife did a walk-in on a busy Monday morning. We were through in 35 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were efficient and very helpful, and the team in the back was cycling patients through about every 3 to 4 minutes. Such a better experience than we expected.
Professional, proficient, not a long wait even when they are full.
