DO NOT PAY THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Submit to your insurance first. I paid a bill 6 months ago, and despite showing documentation from my insurance company that 1) CPL overcharged me for the service and 2) that my insurance covered the charge, they refuse to issue me a refund. I have called their billing customer service number at least 8 times now, and I always receive vague, unhelpful answers. Encourage your health providers to use a more reputable company.
