Horrible experience, this place refused to make my father's blood test saying that his veins was hard to find... unbelievable they don't have specialized personnel to attend senior people.
Took my special needs son to get blood work done. Ladies are always in a bad mood especially the short, dark complected one. Was bothered because my son was scared and crying. Decided to draw blood from cephalic vein. When my son yelled because it hurt, she smiled seeing him in pain. ( hope you enjoyed doing that to my son.) Will be contacting corporate office. Worst staff ever. They don't enjoy their jobs and should work somewhere else.
Staff is nice, this place is busy but has a fast turn around. They are very organized
The level of unprofessional is astounding. I was there on July 3 for blood tests , it was right after my Dr. Appointment since I was already fasting I took advantage. A week after, I log into the patient portal and there were no results, I called to see what the issue and they direct me to patient records. They were so confused so they couldn’t find anything.
