After waiting 30 minutes , I asked about how much longer it would be.They said at least another hour.I asked other people in the waiting room.And they said its usually about a two hour wait since I live less than five minutes away asked if I could go home and come back and they said no I would go to the bottom of the list that would have to reschedule, was looking forward to seeing him?But couldn't wait that long. cancelled the appointment, I won't be seeing him
Saw the Dr Arora as a new patient and had my medical records transferred to his office. He agreed with my previous doctor to keep me on specific medications and scheduled my next visit for 3 months away. I just realized that I won’t have enough of the medication needed until then and will need a new Rx from him for those medications. Have never met the providers. I am a Registered Nurse and live in CT and am trying to help my Dad with his neurology care here in Clearwater: telehealth appointment with one of the nurse practitioners which was scheduled by the office—they never answered when I dialed in and they did not try to call me back to allow me into the appointment; two canceled appointments by one of the nurse practitioners and one was last minute after I had already flown down from Connecticut. Dr Arora was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to answer all our question and addressed all our concerns.
I had a visit with doctor Arora . It Was very nice .
Spent a whole 5 minutes saying that I don’t have PD after being treated since 2016 by 2 other neurologist. What a joke!
Saw doctor Arora on recommendation of my primary doctor after a hospital stay for a stroke. He was thorough, caring, patient with my questions. After a not so great experience with the hospital neurologist who left me with questions and anxiety, Dr Arora was a psychological life saver. Thank you!
Dr. Arora seemed professional and seemed to care about our financial situation at the appointment by stating that he would provide MRI results over the phone; however, his Med Asst. does not return calls EVER and it has been over 3 weeks since he received the MRI results but he has not reviewed it yet and we are being told he still may not look at it this week! He does not shake hands or make you feel very comfortable. Overall unprofessional and extremely poor response time.
Knowledgeable and really helped with my headaches.
