The incompetent nature of the staff drives away the good doctors. Complete disorganization. Most incompetent clinic nurses at UNM work here. They don’t know basic stuff. These nurses are horrible and can only work where there is shortage because another state cannot take incompetent nurses. Then they train others when they don’t know the job. Dr Oxford is wonderful. It has been a while since I met a surgeon who put me so ease. He was never dismissive took everything I said seriously and best of all fixed the problem he could and submitted a referral to a colleague for the problem he could not. I truly appreciate him and his staff.
