Laly is EXCEPTIONAL! She explains everything. She is patient and she really knows how to put people at ease. Laly is a humorous and fun person, all while being professional. We look forward to seeing her again!:):)

The most horrible neurology practice i have been to ever! Hard to schedule appts as a existing patients. No follow up on messages left. Literally, they never call back. Doctor comes and gives to answers to why you are sick, just more tests which apparently results in no answers and more waiting for appts. Phone calls are placed on hold for 45 plus mins till patient gives up bc they also have a life ! Absolute worst practice and doctor in the history of neurologist

Scheduling was a bit difficult and there's a bit of red tape but that's really more insurance-issue. The actual experience was good. The staffs tried to put you at ease especially if this is your first time getting a nerve test. They would even try to distract you from the pain of the pricking needles. You can tell that they are very busy but they really try to stay positive and will joke with you a lot to keep things light-hearted. It's a real breath of fresh air in terms of medical treatment experience here in Las Vegas.
