I had a positive experience yesterday, may 16, 2025, but was surprised and concerned when the young man who took my blood did not confirm my name and date of birth on the blood vial. Happily it turned out ok but I know that is contrary to protocol. Please emphasise the importance of confirming information.
This was a great experience! The receptionist was very nice and it was the best stick and draw I have ever had. I am not easy and usually it ends up being from the hand. She got it on the arm, I didn’t feel the stick and I never got a bruise. This is the first time this has ever happened. I definitely r commend this location.
