Went in to get my results from a lab test, had my ID and insurance card ready and the lady at the front proceeded to tell me that they no longer did record release forms… So I called client services and they said that they do in fact still offer that service at every sight. - I have not had any luck at this Lab in general everyone seems like they hate their job and don’t really try when it comes to costumer service and the well being of patients, even when they draw blood they tend to fish around and take more than one poke ... read more
Took about 15 minutes in & out with no appointment. LOVE this location!
I have to get blood draws every 3 weeks (cancer), and they make it pretty easy.
Worst place. Customer service is nonexistent. Workers talk and gossip about customers and staff. Worst part is no ever answers the phone! I sat there waiting and called into office & staff just stood around talking while phone rang off the hook. Would have saved me a trip if they answered phone to make sure order for devices was received. Shitty service. Corporate office doesn’t care either. Sucks when they have a monopoly in Hawaii. No choice but to use them.
Very bad experience Monday (09/11/23) about 730am my husband and daughter took my son for his lab to be done.they were told to fill out paperwork’s and leave the pee cup on a counter behind a wall near the bathroom close to the checkin counter:sorry for details but after all that they left assuming it was done. Today 09/13/23 I get a call from the dr who ordered the labs saying they didn’t get any results as of yet.
