I was hesitant to come here because the reviews weren't super great but I took the chance and i am so glad i did! I Had such a good experience here! I was in and out in about 5 minutes and they were all sweet and professional! My veins can be difficult because they are rollers and she got me the first time without any problems! Worth the drive from Wahiawa!
So inconvenient and frustrating. My blood was collected at Waipahu High Health Center based on my doctor’s orders. They didn’t even ask for my info or insurance information. I assumed they already had it since they work with my doctor. My insurance fully covered the service, but I kept receiving bills anyway. I called the billing department three times, and each time they were absolutely unhelpful. They also failed to send the required receipts to my insurance company.
