On April 4th I went in for some routine health checkup lab work. Roberta and Clair were fast, helpful and friendly. I'm a big baby when it comes to things stuck in my arm. :( Roberta was so gentle drawing my blood. I don't know what her trick is; but I've had worse mosquito bites.
