I’m writing to bring to your attention I had experienced with one of your staff while she was drawing my blood. she asked if I am expecting (if I was pregnant) out of the blue, this is very rude and intrusive! My dress might have made it look like that but not pregnant! If she had any doubt she shouldn’t have say anything at all why would she?! She was making excuses about it I’m bloated too and she expressed one of her coworkers makes her feel like that. This was embarrassing and an awkward situation! She just kept going on... read more

I was visiting Hawaii from Canada and needed to get bloodwork done during my trip. The folks at Clinical Labs were helpful both over the phone and in person to arrange this. The cost was super reasonable given I was paying out of pocket. They also helped me to access the results first thing the next morning. It was such a relief to have this done so efficiently!

I don’t typically write reviews for labs, but felt compelled to tell the world that Charles at clinical labs in Lihue is wonderful. I am a very hard stick. 20+ years of painful hand, knuckle and small surface vein sticks, and at one time a foot stick (foot was at a hospital not this lab) just to get blood. And I am always poked more than once. The difficulty I have with blood draws is due to my veins, not necessarily the skill of the person drawing blood. My first time at this lab was horrible . Customer service was not there . Very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable . Second time around , it was a pleasant arrival , it was only me and another patient. Receptionist was sweet, but when it came to my insurance card she misplaced it . She only had it with her for no longer than 10 mins. Kept asking if I misplaced it (which she never gave it back) . Did not put much effort into finding it . Worst and rude Phlebotomy tech. that ived experience. I don't recommend this place. Better go to other clinical labs.
