They didnt put results of my TB test on MyChart...not happy about this this
One clinic had run out of supplies!
The 2 young ladies working the desk were strangely hostile to me. I asked if I could use their office phone to call my doctor to confirm that I had collected my phleghm sample for copd ( chronic bronchitis type) correctly. (It was not from the deep cough I usually have, but just from postnatal drip) My insurance only covers 3 samples , so I wanted to be sure. Pretty much every medical facility has some amount of negative reviews that I take with a huge grain of salt because people may be under stress from whatever they are going through. From my experience, primarily at this CLH and once at another location, the people I have dealt with have always been as helpful, empathetic and service oriented as possible, both with myself and everyone I have witnessed them interact with.
